God’s treasure is not a chest of gold and silver, but people, who are of inestimable value. Humankind uniquely designed and created for partnership with Him (B'raysheet 1:26). The redeemed ones, washed with the Lamb’s blood, out of every nation, tribe, people and language (Rev. 7:9, 14). “They will be Mine,” says the Lord of hosts, “on the day when I compose My own special treasure” סגלה - prized and protected possession (Mal. 3:17).
Here at Kol Dodi - our congregation plant in Nashville - God is sending jewels of all ages from many backgrounds and locations. And if the jewel is in the rough, how much more a privilege to be given the task of partnering with the Lord to fashion it into a shining one! “For we are His masterpiece - poem (ποιημα), created in Messiah Yeshua for good actions, which God prepared long ago to be our way of life” (Eph. 2:10).Its one tiny moment in time
